Founder & CEO

The founder of Central Real Capital, Tony is an entrepreneurial businessman who spent 25 years in Eastern Europe establishing a motor vehicle distribution group that became one of the largest automotive dealership networks in the world, buying and selling over 1.5 million cars and growing to over 4,000 employees across 40 sites in five countries.

Tony publicly listed the company in 2007 and 8 years later delisted and sold to private equity. Tony then established the internationally renowned Gosford Classic Car Museum, one of the largest privately owned car collections in the world, and Central Real, a fully integrated builder and developer whose capabilities included acquisition, development, construction, investment, sales and customer service.

Having invested over $400 million into regional development, Tony could see the underlying frustration of borrowers when it came to bank funding and saw an opportunity to provide a less constrained and accelerated lending process. From this, Central Real Capital was born, offering independent and innovative lending solutions for residential, commercial and development loans.

JENNIFER PRICE

Group Chief Financial Officer

After graduating with a combined Bachelor degree in Accounting & Law at De Montfort University, Jen went on to become an FCA ICAEW qualified accountant and has over 25 years of financial experience in UK, US, European and Australian global companies. A driven finance professional, she is recognised for consistent delivery of high standards of financial performance and reporting as well as for leading engaged teams.

Jen’s experience in senior financial roles in large multinationals and membership of the AICD means she brings a wealth of commercial, operational, strategic and regulatory knowledge to the Central Real group of companies, ensuring we optimise future outcomes for Central Real and our clients alike.

Tim Felstead

General Counsel

As General Counsel for Central Real Capital, Tim brings extensive experience from the legal and property sectors and possesses skills essential to our firm’s success in the field of private lending.

Tim holds a bachelor degree in Property Economics with First Class Honours from the University of Technology, Sydney, where he was also awarded the Australian Property Institute’s Gold Medal prize upon graduation in 2008. After completing his bachelor degree, Tim completed a Juris Doctor with the University of Technology, Sydney, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW as a practicing solicitor in 2013.

Tim started his career in the property industry, managing assets for corporate and government clients before moving into law with a particular focus on commercial and property related matters. Tim worked for several years at an international law firm in Brussels, Belgium, before returning to Sydney to practice again in commercial and property law, followed by appointment as General Counsel of Hyundai Motor Company Australia.

DALLAS MOXON

Business Development Manager

Dallas is a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager who has been with the Central Real Capital Group since 2021.

As a Business Development Manager, Dallas oversees the credit life cycle from loan origination to repayment. He provides internal recommendations tied to the analysis and assessment of credit risk while ensuing all policy parameters are met. His experience is supported by his studies at the University of Technology Sydney (Bachelor of Business).

Dallas excels at identifying growth opportunities and fostering strong client relationships. His dedication to driving business growth and exceptional analytical skills have made him an invaluable asset to the team.

ALAN BLACKMAN

Senior Development Manager

Wide ranging professional and business experience makes Alan ideally suited to support the various activities undertaken by the Central Real Group of companies. For over 35 years Alan has managed complex tasks and projects for the private and government sectors, both within Australia and overseas. Managing significant investment projects for major corporations has equipped Alan with expertise in financial assessment and reporting, budget management, feasibility studies, relationship management and a detailed knowledge of the property investment sector.

Mike Campodonico

SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

With over two decades of experience in financial services across the USA and Australia, Mike has built a career defined by leadership, integrity, and results.

Having been with Central Real Capital since it’s inception, he has played a pivotal role in driving the business forward and shaping it’s trajectory.

Mike holds a Business Management degree (B.S.) from Arizona State University and has completed the Post-Graduate Executive Program in Business Strategies and Applications at the University of California, Berkeley – Haas School of Business. This strong academic foundation, combined with his diverse industry expertise, allows him to contribute a breadth of knowledge to the team.

Mike is recognised for his ability to navigate complex markets while cultivating lasting relationships that drive collaboration, growth, and success.

James Robinson

Senior Business Development Manager

With over 13 years of experience and success in a range of positions in big four banking. James has a track record of driving new business and managing a large client base while upholding the highest standard of service and transparency.
 
Stepping out to the mainstream finance world and into the Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing industry. James was responsible for a large portfolio of not for profit, public health, and charity organisations, setting industry records in this niche employee benefit.
 
Coming to Central Real Capital for another Private Commercial Lender. James’ focus is on navigating complex deals, analyse risk and deliver the best client outcomes in an open and professional manner.

Emma’s professional background includes marketing roles at AAA Auto Group and customer relations with Sweden’s largest telecommunications company. This diverse experience has shaped her collaborative, solution-oriented approach to project execution.

In addition to her marketing and events expertise, Emma has pursued education in Artificial Intelligence, equipping her with the tools to integrate emerging technologies and data insights into her work. She is passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and delivering meaningful experiences that align with the company’s mission.
