The founder of Central Real Capital, Tony is an entrepreneurial businessman who spent 25 years in Eastern Europe establishing a motor vehicle distribution group that became one of the largest automotive dealership networks in the world, buying and selling over 1.5 million cars and growing to over 4,000 employees across 40 sites in five countries.
Tony publicly listed the company in 2007 and 8 years later delisted and sold to private equity. Tony then established the internationally renowned Gosford Classic Car Museum, one of the largest privately owned car collections in the world, and Central Real, a fully integrated builder and developer whose capabilities included acquisition, development, construction, investment, sales and customer service.
Having invested over $400 million into regional development, Tony could see the underlying frustration of borrowers when it came to bank funding and saw an opportunity to provide a less constrained and accelerated lending process. From this, Central Real Capital was born, offering independent and innovative lending solutions for residential, commercial and development loans.
Over these 25 years, AAA Automotive came to be one of the largest automotive dealership networks in the world, buying and selling over 1.5 million cars and growing to over 4,000 employees across 40 sites in five countries.

Having owned a property on the Central Coast for 23 years, Tony identified the enormous potential the Central Coast had to offer and decided to move back and establish Central Real. His multiple quality finished projects are testament to his unwavering belief in the region which was further highlighted when he established the internationally renowned Gosford Classic Car Museum, one of the largest privately owned car collections in the world.
As the Chief Executive Officer for the Central Real Group of companies David brings significant professional experience within the property, corporate lending and property finance sectors. This has been developed over nearly two decades within mid-market lending environments and private development firms for companies such as Commonwealth Bank, Westpac and ING.
David is well networked in the property finance landscape and is known for his ability to lead and drive new business origination with expertise in complex deal structuring, risk analysis and leading negotiations. Considered a safe pair of hands he has been able to generate profitable business growth for his employers whilst successfully managing risk.
David’s tertiary education compliments his professional experience having completed a Masters of Property Development (UTS), a Bachelor of Interior Design (UTS) and a Foundations of General Management Course (MGSM).
Reporting to the Founder & Group CEO, Emma brings a superior level of dedication and organisation to her role as Executive Manager for the Central Real Group of companies. With over 15 years of experience in customer service, sales, HR and office management, Emma’s extensive experience extends across all areas of the business.
With over 20 years experience in accounting in national and international firms across various industries, Karen leads our Accounts team responsible for the financial operations for the Denny Group in Australia including Central Real Capital and the Central Real Group of companies. Karen joined the business in early 2016 and has been an integral part of the Senior Management team looking after the overall financial health of the business as it travels on its growth trajectory.
As the Financial Services Manager at Central Real Capital, Mike brings extensive experience in credit lending and investment analysis to the team. A native of Silicon Valley’s innovative environment in the States, Mike adds a unique skillset to the company. Working with leading financial companies as well as owning and managing a lending firm in San Francisco, he has developed a drive to assist his clients with the utmost attention to detail along with personal engagement to serve his clients’ needs. With a passion for the environment, he has also served several years as director for a leading renewable energy company.
Wide ranging professional and business experience makes Alan ideally suited to support the various activities undertaken by the Central Real Group of companies. For over 35 years Alan has managed complex tasks and projects for the private and government sectors, both within Australia and overseas. Managing significant investment projects for major corporations has equipped Alan with expertise in financial assessment and reporting, budget management, feasibility studies, relationship management and a detailed knowledge of the property investment sector.
As Credit Analyst for Central Real Capital, Dallas provides a fresh take on the assessment of all credit applications while completing his studies in the finance industry. Dallas is keen to establish his position and is an integral part of the team.
Emma brings her global marketing experience to Central Real, having led marketing teams in Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary. Her expertise across all areas of research, customer experience, social media and analytics ensures Central Real continues to connect and communicate effectively across all areas of the business.
Ryan completed his apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery before working for a commercial builder in Tasmania. He has worked extensively within the construction industry as leading hand and site supervisor roles before moving into a management role on Hamilton Island. During this time Ryan also completed formal Project Management and Construction Management qualifications and gained his builder’s licence. Ryan provides technical oversight and guidance on any construction transactions for Central Real Capital and the Central Real Group of companies.
Jessica has worked across the Finance, Sales and Insurance industries for the past 8 years and has a proven track record of delivering high level administrative support to senior and executive management. With her exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, she brings a professional and proactive approach to clerical tasks and maintains a strong and positive relationship with all stakeholders.
Jason is an integral part of the Central Real team with over 25 years of experience in the building industry. Jason has acquired his builders license and has experience with building residential and commercial developments across the board. With his proven track record, Jason manages our maintenance department to ensure Central Real’s high-quality standards are maintained.
