THE CAPITAL STACK

Central Real Capital understand there can be equity gaps – which can be filled with stretched senior debt, mezzanine funding , preferred equity or ordinary equity. The Finance and Construction Team work closely with our clients to understand their position, the feasibility and risk profile of the project and provide solutions where we can support them to plug those gaps and drive a successful and profitable project.
